Differences Between ICOs and IEOs
ICOs and IEOs have significant diffrences>
I suppose that you know what an Initial Coin Offering or ICO is.
If not, here is a recap of it:
“An Initial Coin Offering (ICO) is the cryptocurrency space’s rough equivalent
to an IPO in the mainstream investment world.
ICOs act as fundraisers of sorts;
a company looking to create a new coin, app, or service launches an ICO.”

Over the past period( 2017-18) the cryptocurrency world experienced heavy advances.
No wonder the crypto-craziness is being termed as the next huge revolution. That’s after the advent of the internet.
The existence of the Blockchain is now past a reasonable doubt.

But here’s the sad truth…Cryptocurrency SCAMs!!!!!!!!!!
quite a good number of ICOs are scams.
The white paper, the website, the roadmap… all promise a story.
Often the story is too sweet to fail to believe in.
Towards the close of 2018, several nations hit the nail hard on the head.
They banned crypto trading and even shut down the exchanges, no matter how credible they appeared.
So that’s it, a few bad actors spoiling the entire pot of broth.
Anyways crypto enthusiasts have devised newer ways to fundraise. The same emerges amidst the tightening of rules.
What’s that sweet deal?
It’s playing within the rules.
Investors do fundraisers, but do that within the laws of a selected jurisdiction.
